How can we help?
We’re a small team and we read every message. Check the common questions below or send us an email.
Common Questions
How do I invite players to my league?
Open your league, tap the invite icon, and share the link via WhatsApp or any other app. Players who don’t have Courtr installed will be taken to the App Store automatically — once they install, they’ll land straight in your league.
A player joined as a guest. Can they become a full member?
Yes. Guest players are name-only placeholders an organiser adds when someone doesn’t have an account. When that person installs Courtr and signs up, the organiser can link their guest entry to the new account — their past results and standings carry over.
Can I edit a score after a round is saved?
Yes. Open the round, tap the score you want to change, and update it. Leaderboards and standings recalculate instantly for everyone in the league.
What happens to our data if I delete the league?
Deleting a league removes its sessions, scores and standings. Players who were members of only that league have their data removed too, subject to any legal retention obligations. This can’t be undone, so export anything you want to keep first.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. Your account data is removed straight away and permanently deleted after 30 days. Leagues you organise aren’t deleted automatically — hand them over to another organiser or delete them first if you’d like them gone too.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email us at support@courtr.co.uk with a short description and, if you can, a screenshot. Crash reports are captured automatically, but a note from you helps us reproduce and fix it faster.
